Phylloicus adamsae Prather, 2003

Type locality: Peru, Madre de Dios, Manu Biosphere Res., Pakitza Bio. Stat., 11º56'00"S, 71º18'00"W, 350 m.

Holotype: MHNJP. male. 01-13-19-99. 1.X.1987. Pogue.

Etymology: named for its collector, Nancy E. Adams, "in recognition of her contribution to Neotropical caddisfly research and her assistance during my visits to the Smithsonian Institution".
