Philiris marginata (Grose-Smith, 1894).

Type locality: New Guinea.

Holotype: ♂ BMNH: "Humboldt Bay, Sept.-Oct. 1892. W. Doherty" Genit. slide No. Gen. 1962-328 G.E.T.
