Type locality: Rio Moa. Parque Nacional, Serra do Divisor (Sede). Mancio Lima, Acre, Brasil. 7º26’ 52”S, 73º39’ 55”W.

Holotype: DZUP. male ♂. 20–27.IV.2013. legit Mielke, Casagrande, Carneiro, Dias & Dolibaina. DZ 32.849.
