Name[edit]

Philiris dinawa (Bethune-Baker, 1908).

Type locality: Papua New Guinea, Dinawa.

Lectotype: ♂ BMNH: "Dinawa, B. New Guinea, 4,000ft., July, 1902. Coll. A.E. Pratt", genit. slide No. 1961-242 G.E.T.; designated by Sands, 1981c.
