Type locality: USA, Colorado, Chaffee County, 4 mi N Buena Vista, Co. Rd. 375, 8800 ft., 38º54'N, 106º7'8"W.

Holotype: USNM. male ♂. 15.VIII.1999. D.J. Wright.
