Name[edit]

Petalon vietnamensis Cianferoni & Ceccolini, 2021

Type locality: VIETNAM, Gia Lai province, Kon Chu Rang Nature Reserve, surroundings of the head-quarter, about 900 m asl, 14.47524° N 108.53998°E (uncertainty = 50 m).

Holotype: VNMN, ♂, 9–12.V.2016.

Etymology: The species name refers to the country of origin of the known specimens.
