Synonyms

[edit]

Fletcher in Nye writes: "This genus was originally proposed in the Geometridae, but was transferred by Prout in the collection of the BMNH to the Bombycidae; at the same time he placed Anticla symphora Schaus,1929, in Seitz, Gross-Schmett. Erde 6:691, pl.89k as a junior subjective synonym of Moeschleria hulstii. I have not found any published reference to the transfer or to the synonymy." This synonymy to be verified, but unlikely as Anticla symphora is described from Brazil.
