• Syntypes (unstated number): BMNH + ? [ Sharp (1876: 70) stated that 'the colour is very variable', implying that he had seen more than one specimen, and since he didn't designate a holotype in the original publication, Leschen (2003: 50) is incorrect to refer to a holotype ]
