Hepialus sciophanes Ferguson, 1979

Type locality: USNM, North Carolina, Jackson County, Waterrock Knob, 5800 ft.

Holotype: USNM. male ♂. genitalia slide no. 76131. 16.VII.1974. D.C. Ferguson.
