Type locality: Colombia, [Valle del Cauca], San Antonio, 5800 feet; Peru, [Pasco], "Puzuzo" [= Pozuzo], 2000–4000 feet.
Syntypes BMNH. Male and female syntypes. One ♀ syntype from Pozuzo and one ♂ syntype from San Antonio both labeled Type and Syntype.
