  • Type locality: CANADA: Saskatchewan, Cypress Lake, E dam.
  • Holotype: LFC, ♂, 9-V-2012, wind-drift, D. Larson.
  • Etymology: Named for the authors' friend and professional colleague Dr. David W. Langor, Canadian Forest Service, collaborator and supporter of many joint entomological projects.
