  • Type locality: AUSTRALIA: NSW, Dorrigo N.P., 3000 ft, rainforest, leafmould, Berlesate.
  • Holotype: ANIC, ♂, N° 25, 5.II.1967, coll. E.B. Britton.
  • Etymology: The name of the species is the absolute superlative of the Latin adjective “pusillus” = very small. It refers to the small size of the aedeagus.
