Name[edit]

Coenonica kaindimontis Pace, 2015: 232 [nom. nov.]

  • Type locality: NE-New Guinea, Wau, Mt. Kaindi.
  • Holotype: HNHM, ♂, 10.IX.1968, leg. Dr. J. Balogh (N° NG-W-B. 105).
  • Etymology: The name of the species means “microscopic papuana” because of the small length of the body.
