[edit]- Broun (1880: 327) clearly indicates two syntypes, viz. 'in one of my two specimens ...'
- Wittmer (1979: 292) lists a specimen (male) in BMNH from "Otago" as holotype, and lists another BMNH specimen from "Queenstown" as having no type status.
