- Type locality: Indonesia, West Nusa Tenggara Prov., Lombok, road between Sembalun and Sapit, sample 5, S08°26.453', E116°31.859', 1195 m.
- Holotype: BZM ARC1490 (EMBL # LM655588), ♂, 31-III-2010.
- Etymology: This epithet is based on the Latin participle disruptus (broken apart) and refers to its phylogeography which appears to reflect the division of the species in two populations.
