Life habit: Lichenicolous fungus (parasite on living lichens)

Hosts: On thalli of Ramalina lacera and Vermilacinia species.

Locality: Baja California.

Typification Details: Holotype B, Sipman 24905

Basidiomata: Pulvinate, discoid, subspherical-applanate, becoming tuberculate.
