  • Typus: Turkey. C6 Osmaniye: Amanos Dağı, Zorkun Yaylasından 5 km sonra, Keldaz tepesi, Halep gören mevkii, 2075 m, 36°58.388"N, 36°24.583"E, 05.07.2010, S.Makbul 242 & K.Coșkunçelebi (Holotypus: Karadeniz Technical Univ. Herb.; isotypi: Rize Univ. Herb., ANK).

Note: Probably belongs in Gelasia, but formal transfer not completed. According to the nr ITS phylogeny provided by the authors of Scorzonera zorkunensis, the species is sister to S. pisidica vide Gelasia pisidica.
