• Type locality: New Zealand, Campbell Island, Beeman Point (52.5504° S, 169.1523° E).
• Holotype: W.A. Nelson; 2013-02-12; growing on wooden wharf above high tide line. The wharf was demolished after the type collection was made.; WELT; A033555.
