Regarded as validly published in a review of the thesis by Greuter, OPTIMA Newsletter 25–29: (15). 1991 [1]. Accepted, among others, by Dimopoulos et al, 2013, as well as Strid in Raab-Straube & Raus (2017: 295–296).
