Holotype: NHMUK 2018.02284 (formerly PEM A11320), adult ♂, collected by W. Conradie on 27 November 2014.

Type locality: “eastern slopes of Ukalini Forest at the base of the two Namuli granite domes (15.3615° S, 37.07211° E, 1 591 m asl), Mozambique”.
