• Holotype: MNRJ 18743, collected by Fernando Moraes and Rodrigo Moura (NHo Cruzeiro do Sul) on 26 September 2014.
• Type locality: “off Amazon River mouth, Amapá State, N Brazil (03°35′25.60″ N, 49°07′36.167″ W), 90 m depth”.
