Type locality: Gazul MV, Gulf of Cádiz (36°33.57′N, 06°55.95′W, 390 m, to 36°33.43′N, 06°56.02′W, 410 m).
Holotype: MNCN 15.07/20005; live-taken specimen from IN-DEMARES/CHICA 0610 DA10, 390 m.
