Holotype: MHNG 1976.071, adult ♀, body in alcohol with skull extracted.

Type locality: “India, Meghalaya, Khasi Hills, village of Laitkynsew, 780 m a.s.l.; geographic coordinates: N 25º13', E 91º40'.”
