Type locality: Madagascar. Prov. Antsiranana, Reserve Speciale Ambre, 3.5 km 235 SW Sakaramy 325m, 12 29"S, 49 15"E, 26-31.i.2001, Fisher et al.

Holotype: (Worker.) CASENT 0401520 (CAS).
