Name[edit]

Holotype: CAS MAM-29679, adult ♀, skin, skull and postcranial skeleton.

Type locality: “20.7281ºS, 14.1305ºE at about 720 m above sea level at the base of rocky outcrops on gently sloping alluvial gravels with scattered cobble-sized reddish colored basalt rocks and stones about 10 km south by southwest (200º) of the Mikberg formation, Kunene District, Namibia.”
