Name

[edit]

Krascheninnikovia ceratoides (L.) Gueldenst., Novi Comment. Acad. Sci. Imp. Petrop. 16: 555 (1772).

  • Heklau & Röser (2008) suggested to synonymise all previously described taxa under Krascheninnikovia ceratoides s.l. with 2 subspecies: the North American subsp. lanata, and the Eurasian subsp. ceratoides (comprising K. ceratoides, K. arborescens, K. compacta, K. eversmanniana, K. intramongolica, K. lenensis and K. pungens). But Hernández-Ledesma et al. 2015 did not follow this proposal.
