      • Note: there exists also a specimen 6145 C (K-W [​K001123165^{(GBIF, JSTOR)}]), but it was excluded by Bremekamp.
    • Type locality: Burma.
      • A: Moalmyne[Mawlamyine] et Attram[Ataran River].
      • B: Attram.
