• Typus: Southern Rhodesia, Victoria Falls, south bank in front of and under the spray of the main falls, in boggy places, 29/08/1947, P.J. Greenway & J.P.M. Brenan 8012 (Holotype: EA; isotypes: BM, K 000351301!, PRB, PRE 0837358, SRGH).
