Holotype: (iconotypus): figs. 29-44 in Karling, l.c. (1977)

Type locality: Swan Lake, Sun City Center, Ruskin, Florida, U.S.A.

Type habitat: saprotrophic on snake skin, human corneum and grass leaves in watered soil.
