• Holotype: CZA 13661 (schizotypes MNRJ 13661, RBINS 13661, MHNG-INVE 76156), collected by Y. Hooker on 7 December 2009.
• Type locality: “Parachique (05°47’35.30’’ S – 80°57’08.70’’ W), Bahía de Secchura, Peru, 7.4 m depth”.
