Type locality: Costa Rica, Prov. Puntarenas, Río Incendio La Vaca (= Cantón Golfito), cerca de frontera Panamana.
Holotype: MIUCR. female ♀. 02.VII.1979. legit P. Siegfried. MIUCR-560/1149.
