Holotype: AM W.45167, MI QLD 2444 [1]

Type locality: Australia, Queensland, Lizard Island, north of North Point, (14°38'35"S, 145°27'9"E), 24 Aug 2013.

Paratypes:

• AM W.45486, MI QLD 2445 (3) [2], same data as holotype.
• AM W.47402 (on SEM) [3], Australia, Queensland, Lizard Island, Watsons Bay , (14° 39' 26" S , 145° 27' 3" E), 28 Aug 2010.
