- Typus: F.R.R. Schlechter 16934 (December 1907; holotypus: B; isotypi: A, B( 10 0277850 ex E, 10 0277851), BISH-BISH1001735, E-E00317648, G, K (cf. K000780116 and K000780117, both without any type indication), L 0019095, S-S13-12104, Z; 'Type': NY-NY00004507; possible isotype: B 10 0277852, without any type indication).
- Note: According to Knaap-van Meeuwen (1970: 43), the holotype in B has been destroyed, but Radosavljevic (2019: 13) gives no such indication.
- Type locality: Nordöstl. Neu-Guinea[Papua New Guinea]. In den Wäldern am Kaulo, [ca. 250 m alt.]
