  • Fernandez et al. (2021) stated that Flora do Brasil (2020) and Tropicos (2020) included French Guiana and Guyana (both of them belong to Northern South America) in the native range of this species, which the current version of the former does not recognize anymore; the same authors reports occurrences of this species in mun. Manaus of Amazonas and mun. Machadinho d'Oeste of Rondônia. Accordingly, Gomes et al. (2020) cite the following collection:
