- Holotype: UIMNH 33391 (formerly EHT 104), ♀, body in alcohol witk skull removed, collected by E.H. Taylor on 18 April 1918.
- Type locality: “at sea level near Minuit, Busuanga Island, Calamianes”, Philippines.
