Name[edit]

  • Chaeropus ecaudatus occidentalis Gould, 1845

Holotype: BMNH 1844.7.9.22, ♀, skin with associated partial skull and dentaries, collected by John Gilbert.

Type locality: Walyormourning near Goomallig, ~ 65 km (40 miles) north-east of Northam, Western Australia, Australia.
