      • Type locality: Fowey, Cornwall, England (Womersley 1987: 270).
      • Holotype: P. Rashleigh; LINN.
      • Note: The collector, Philip Rashleigh (1729-1811), lived at Menabilly, near Fowey in Cornwall.
