  • Type locality: Old Gulch, Lord Howe Island, Australia.
  • Holotype: A.J.K. Millar & R. Green; 1985-12-19; shallow intertidal pools in the basalt along the W side of the channel, growing on encrusting coralline algae or epiphytic on Laurencia sp.; MELU; A39007 (Fig. 40A).
