  • Axestemys quinni Schmidt, 1945
    • Holotype: FMNH P26441, a partial shell (Carapace with one side essentially complete).
    • Type locality: Finley Ranch House, 4 miles west of DeBeque, which is in a Paleocene terrestrial horizon in the DeBeque Formation of Colorado.
