    • Holotype: UW 2382, a carapace, plastron, partial pectoral and pelvic girdles, and one cervical vertebrae.
    • Type locality: University of Wyoming Locality Number V-65004, NE 1/4 SE 1/4 Sec. 35, T 22N, R 113W, NE of Opal, Lincoln County, (Bridgerian) Bridger Formation, Bridger A, Wyoming, USA (Gaffney 1979).
