Abrotanella inconspicua Hook.f. (1864:140)

  • Etymology: After the plant's unimpressive size, described by Hooker as a "very inconspicuous moss-like herb" (quoted in Swenson, 1995:164).
  • Type locality: "Mount Alta", Otago, new Zealand
  • Lectotype: s.c s.n. ("soft patches, Otago, Mt Alta, 1863", K; isolectotypes CHR, WELL)
    • As cited and selected in Swenson (1995:164); Hooker (1864) not seen.
