If you have useful images to contribute to Wikispecies, please upload them at Wikimedia Commons. This is also true for video or audio files containing bird songs, whale vocalization, etc.
Please sign your comments on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your username (if you're logged in) and the date. Please also read the Wikispecies policy What Wikispecies is not. If you need help, ask me on my talk page, or in the Village Pump. Again, welcome!

Categories
[edit]Please do not manually add anything to category pages, as you have done to the Category:Karen Salazar taxa. All information in all categories should always be added automatically from the actual pages that refer to them. This is standard procedure for all Wikimedia projects, not only Wikispecies. BASEPAGENAME
[edit]Hello. Please note that as the result of a poll about removing BASEPAGENAME we had in 2017, we shouldn't use the BASEPAGENAME "magic word" in Wikispecies. This is also mentioned in for example Help:Taxonavigation section#Format. Instead, please simply use the actual page name, for example ''[[Veturius platyrhinus]]'' instead of ''[[{{BASEPAGENAME}}]]''.

Again, please STOP using BASEPAGENAME! It violates the Wikispecies guidelines. See for example here and here for details. - Apart from this: thank you for your contributions!
