  • Holotype: LSUHC 12688, adult ♂, collected by Evan S. H. Quah, Marta S. Grismer and L. Lee Grismer on 23 March 2016.
  • Type locality: “at the Hindu Temple 1.2 km south of the town of Fraser’s Hill on the road to the Gap, Pahang, Peninsular Malaysia (N 03°42.099′, E 101°44.090′; 1078 m in elevation)”.
