- Holotype: CUMZ, ♂. 6.07.2009, leg. A. Pansook.
- Type locality: Thailand, Chiang Mai Province, Fang District, Doi Phahom Pok National Park.
- Etymology: To emphasize the extremely long spines h and m of the gonopod.
