Neotype: ZFMK 64395. [designated by Wagner et al. (2011: 893)]

Type locality: “Aegypto [=Egypt]”, fixed by neotype designation to “Egypt, 10 km northwest of Cairo”, by Wagner et al. (2011: 893).
