Type locality: MYANMAR: Tanintharyi: Tenasserim [ca. 12°05’7.3’’N, 99°0’40.95’’E; 47 m a.s.l.].

Holotype: BMNH. female ♀. date unknown. legit E.W. Oates. old type number: 1971/212 (NHMUK 1895.9.21.867).
