Hi, Help:Reference section is rather vague concerning books and chapters of books. I propose to change: A colon after "In" to separate the book from the chapter. The Board of Regents is a corporate editor, so it should be in small caps and qualified by "(ed.)". The year is already given after the author of the chapter. Template BHL shortens all kinds of links to BHL, while Template BHLpage is more specifically designed for the page IDs.
