Type locality: Tham Kaew Cave, Hua Hin, Khao Sam Roi Yot National Park [12°35'40.77 N, 99°57'25.58 E], Prachuap Khiri Khan Province, Thailand.
Holotype: RMNH. male ♂. 03.I.1989. legit C.L. Deeleman-Reinhold.
