Talk:Perilla citriodora

Perilla is now generally accepted as monotypic (Chen et al. 2016, Li et al. 2017 & Govaerts et al. 2020), however, there is still some uncertainty about this (@Qwert1234: no ref please supply). The difficulty seems to be in disentangling cultigens from non-cultivated/wild forms of this widely and long established crop. Andyboorman (talk) 14:41, 5 November 2020 (UTC)
