Katrinas (2012) and Apodaca et al., (2015) preferred to maintain the synonymy with Calorezia on morphological grounds, whereas Panero (2007) proposed a segregation using molecular evidence, therefore, this page is a taxonomic opinion of Perezia s.l.. Andyboorman (talk) 19:10, 5 June 2018 (UTC)
